By downloading, installing or using Tradervolve, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.2. Description of Service
Tradervolve provides AI-assisted chart analysis tools for educational and informational purposes. The app analyses trading charts and provides structured observations based on technical patterns.3. Not Financial Advice
IMPORTANT: Tradervolve is not a financial advisor. All analysis provided by the app is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in this app constitutes financial, investment or trading advice. Trading financial instruments involves significant risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any trading decisions. We accept no liability for any losses incurred as a result of using this app.4. Subscription and Payments
Tradervolve offers a paid subscription service. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Free trials will convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.5. Refund Policy
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer or decompile the app, use it for any unlawful purpose, attempt to circumvent the subscription or rate limiting system, or share your account credentials with others.7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code and AI prompts within Tradervolve are the intellectual property of Connor O'Sullivan. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written permission.8. Daily Usage Limits
Accounts are subject to a daily analysis limit to ensure fair use of the service and manage AI processing costs.9. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.11. Governing Law
